Are the fragrances real?

Yes, all fragrances are 100% real

How do you decant the fragrances?

We carefully hand decant each sample made to order. With a sterile syringe, we measure and transfer the fragrance from the original bottle into the new one. The process is delicate, and we are cautious not to compromise, affect, or alter the fragrances original state.

How long does each decant last?

Each sample size has an approximate number of sprays per bottle:
2ml = approx 30 sprays
5ml = approx 75 sprays
8ml = approx 120 sprays
10ml = approx 150 sprays

What's the best way to store my decant?

It is always best to keep your fragrance in a cool, dark and/or dry places. Keep your decant upright to avoid leaking. Please avoid direct sunlight and intense moisture.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent that includes your tracking number

What do I do if I receive my order damaged or if it's incorrect?

Please inspect your package upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered from carrier.

If you receive a damaged product in the mail, we will issue you a replacement. Please email the details and attach a picture and video of the product as you received it.
*Replacements will only be issued with a picture & video of the damage provided

We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders.

What if my order says "delivered" but I never received it?

Once the order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost and/or stolen orders. We are more than willing to provide any information to assist with your claim, if one is opened with the carrier.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No, we do not accept returns or exchanges

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you may cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and/or refunded.
